   Sourcing and quotation

   EDECO sources products and manufacturers against your brief. We prepare a proposal with the supply scope and final quotation; any alternatives are presented separately.

3. 03

   Samples and specification

   Together, we agree samples, materials, dimensions, colours and components. The approved details are recorded in the specification that will form the basis of the order.

4. 04

   Terms and order placement

   We agree the price, payment schedule, timing, destination and each party’s responsibilities. Once the terms are confirmed, we place orders with manufacturers.

5. 05

   Production and inspection

   EDECO coordinates production. Our team and specialist inspectors check products within the agreed scope, and we provide a report before shipment.

   Consolidation and delivery

   We bring together goods from different manufacturers and arrange delivery to the agreed destination under the order terms. EDECO remains your contact for delivery questions and claims.
