Terms for each delivery are recorded in the specification, proposal and contract.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is USD 30,000. A full container is not required. The supply scope and final quotation are set out in the proposal.
Can I order a single category?
Yes. You can assign a product category, a zone or the complete property scope, subject to the general minimum order value.
What if I do not have a specification?
Describe the property, destination country and requirements. We will first identify the information needed for sourcing and a quotation.
How is pricing presented?
You receive a final quotation based on the agreed specification.
What are the delivery terms?
Our standard term is DAP to the specific agreed destination, Incoterms 2020. Under DAP, the buyer pays import duties and taxes. DDP is considered on request, subject to confirmation of the specific delivery arrangement.
Are installation and configuration included?
The core service covers sourcing, samples, procurement, consolidation and delivery. Measurements, drawings, installation, configuration and maintenance are agreed separately through partners.
What about lead times and warranties?
Production and delivery timing, inspection scope and warranty terms are agreed for the specific order and product category.
Can I reorder and brand products?
Yes. We supply repeat orders and products under your brand. Batch contents and lead times are agreed individually. The minimum order value is USD 30,000.
